That was the same team last year as well. They looks trong but they choke at times

agree yahan RM aur Barca fans la liga ka feel lete lete Bayern will steal the show right under their nose. be it National team or clubs the germans always have a strong attack formation.

True ! they know how and when to attack but once their defence gets breached , they generally fumble not that they fumble always but they generally do.

and they would want to take revenge for those two losses in 2010 and 2012.they don't want to repeat it a 3rd time.

I think this is going to be one of the most fiercely competitive CL in recent times. There are 5 genuine contenders this time around: Barca, RM,Bayern, Dortmund and Juventus. It is going to be one hell of a CL.

English football is on a decline. La Liga and Bundesliga have more technically sound players than EPL. Man U have a non existing midfield and it is their strikers and wingers that wins games for them.Arsenal is no where close to what it was years ago. Both Arsenal and Man U have shaky defense. Chelsea have got all the ingredients but instability at the top is their achilees heel. Man City-- Well they are not a team,they are just a platform for mercineries. Tottenham has got exciting players but then no squad depth.

In comparison, look at Barca,RM,Munich,Dortmund and Juventus.All of them have a very good balance in their teams. All five of them have got great defenders and exciting midfielders. Yes,in terms of strike force one could argue that some of these teams are not very blessed but still all of them are a notch above EPL teams.

Wow nobody seems to be talking about the Schalke and Galatasaray Match! I found that match quite compelling! Amazing play by Galatasaray to Score their goals by counter attacks, that to in an away fixture

Altintop's Goal was a GEM of a goal.. A good ten meters out of the D and pounds it into the bottom corner!

Schalke were playing a very pressing game during the second half and made the scores level 2-2. But in the dying minutes they lost to Galatasaray in a counter move that proved to be the final straw.

The absence of English teams in CL is sad .. But to see teams from other leagues perform is a very promising sign.

In that statement, Bayern was mentioned implying Arsenal is out. That's why my statement. I still believe Arsenal will be through. :)
As @conquerer1 mentioned no English team is solid. Moreover, the relatively smaller teams like Dortmund, Porto have all improved extensively and are seriously above the English teams.
