Nani was surprisingly good today. Valencia seems to be weighed down with the no. 7 shirt. Also, saw 'Fabio' inscribed on the inside of Rafael's T90s. The conspiracy lover inside me says the brothers must have swapped places.

I believe that is exactly what Mourinho has been doing for some time now. He has lost any hopes of catching up with the Catalans and has been tweaking his team for the big matches against United. 
But he has been doing too much tinkering really. Their league form will surely affect their confidence against ManU, who are flying right now!

I won't say United are flying (even though I'm a United fan ). Our wingers have mostly been ineffective this season. Valencia has lost his touch and confidence. Ashley Young looks a shadow of the pacey winger who used to ply his trade at Villa Park. Nani has been Nani. We are overly reliant on Carrick and our full-backs to provide telling balls. And that that can hurt us against the Los Blancos.

@sankhaghose i agree .....the only hope of creativity lies on kagawa and cleverly ........we are weak in defence .....but all depends on sir alex's selection on the day ......i think we gave our best defensive performance against spurs .....jones was the extra def mid to nulify bale ....and i think ....SAF will do the same against ronaldo ..........what i fear is ....ronaldo against evra !!! :/

I believe it will boil down to which team can score more goals.
@sankhaghose thats exactly what i want !! .......we tend to crumble ultimately when playing defensively .....so as they say.....attack is the best form of defence !! .....we should field an attackin team !! i would personally go with ..... de gea ; rafael ferdinand evans/vidic evra ; jones carrick ; kagawa rooney nani ; van persie .........this way we would retain some width ....as well be better defensively .....par dekho sir alex kya karte hain .....usse pehle toh ...we have to play everton ....(leighton baines bhai !!! he is one awesome players....his goals this season have been stunning ....and main kal kahin parh rha tha.....he has sent is abt 224 crosses in PL this season ...the 2nd position player had something like 150 !)

I have admired Baines for a long time. Unfortunately, the move to OT never materialized. I would love to have Fabio back and the twins playing on the flanks. That will flummox the opponents.
And Everton at home should be doable. They have a striker crisis going on with Jelavic misfiring. Anichebe hasn't impressed me much. But they are a very good team. I hope we win.
