@chelseaboy With Fellaini you are wasting the fast attacking front 4 of yours because hes too slow for a midfielder and holds the ball for far too long if he will win it for you over there. you are reducing your advantage of your own strength of front 4..
So Fellaini is a totally NO NO for me( Tactically)
with Mata / Oscar/Hazard its obvious no doubt but still Mata should play most through the middle because of his great through balls skills..
@abhibeloved Yeah for next season when Lamps go.. I would like to see McEachran get few chances in place of Ramires in few games next season as i think he has huge potential and will be a quality player for Chelsea in future..
P.S. He is a Man Utd Fan but dint got a place in their Academy. Its such a shame we missed out on him.

@Budokai001 dirty politics, i think we need a player like baloteli, who can create chaos with the coach any time, then they the officials will be on the right track, lampard terry steven jerar scholes are the most decent and gentlemen playr in EPL, they r the asset of any team.
@saikatha Football has moved on from being a game where footballers would end their careers at one Club. I remember Giggs saying i reached 90 K a week when i was 30+... The fault to some extent towards the youngsters lies with silly money not in terms of transfer fees but in terms of wages thrown at them esp at City and Chelsea... (dnt feel bad City n Blues Fans)
The Problem comes when a player from 19-22 years of age bracket land up getting 100 K a week contract how do you think hes gonna spend it or what kind of personality he is gonna become in terms of attitude.
The other problem lies with them moving into different continents or countries and a total different and at times hostile culture which also causes this issue.
Look at Anderson( never stays fit and overweight) , Balotelli (always a spoilt brat) , Adam Johnson when at City , many more.....
and talking of Politics forget not at Chelsea the interference from the owner is quite high in management and its been going on be it sacking of Ray Wilkins or Robert Di Matteo and many more...
even in turmoil a superstar like rooney, ibrahimovich is keeping his cool, also a young star like ozil is building great rapport with his club. I think, chelsea needs a reformation like indian economy. money is a factor for players, but it can also spoil them..man city authorities, i must say, is active enough to cope up with balotelli and others. we need a good coach, and decsion making team, and advice from senior players. it will take time, but still we can start afreah, we regain lost glory at stamford bridge!!! drogba said : "u can take a player out of chelsea, but u cant take chelsea out of a player"
