In admit card it is written that you have to report 30 minutes before the time printed on the admit card i.e. 08:15 ? What's that mean ? What is the final entry time ?

so main kal nehi ja raha hu. ek to bc mere state me vacancy hai bas 50. upar se pata bhi nehi kitno ne apply kiya. plus mera tabyiat bhi kal se thik nehi hai. phirbhi jane wala tha par ab mera wallet hi kahin gum ho gaya. kahin nehi mila bahut dhunda. rahne do bc mujhe nehi jana. subeh 8:15 reporting hai. ek to waise bhi rat ko neend nehi ati ab tension me aur bhi nehi ayega. bina soye dauro sunday subeh ko. 10 km dur ek faltu jagah jahan ka bus bhi time pe nehi milti. milta hai to ac bus 50 rs ticket sunday ko to wo bhi nehi milega. plus 3 tier exam hai prelim fir mains fir cpt are udc hai ya ias. best of luck jo ja rhe ho. i am out of the race.
