I am selected as esic udc ( dmd). Yesterday I received my offer of appointment through speed post. I am already working as clerk in sessions court. I am confused whether I should join esic or not. Are all benefits to esic employee similar to that of central govt employee? Actually I am 7 month pregnant and want maternity leave and child care leave after joining. Is it possible that I can be entitled to me immediately after joining?
