Guys I have now got the point of hiring of ad hoc people, temporary and contractual people by government after seeing posts in this group and in another group on Facebook.

Kuch sarkari kam slow kuch exam me hui deriyan, kuch candidates ki har process me ungli jab tak ki court unki ungli ki jagah change nhi kara deti. Fir sab galti Govt ki . Isiliye kuch saalon me government jobs ko sirf contractual rakhne par govt vichar kar rhi h.
