Anobody in this group from esic udc chandigarh exam ?
bhaiyo koi batayega kya esic udc mai normalization ho ga kya.kyunki kisi shift mai jada invalid question the aur kisi shift mai kam the to phayada to unkohi milega common scale mai to kya normalization hogi kya nahi.
Bhaiyo exs aur pwd ki seats b ur mein se hi ktti hai kya if yes jaise delhi dmd mein 80 ur seats hai aur usme ek b pwd exs ni h list ke top 80 mein to unki vacancy kaise fill hongi ???? If any one know pls help me to understand this
the score is already normalized. You can see it from the decimal extensions of merit sheets. If it was not normalized every body have 0.00,0.25,0.50,0.75. Which is not there. Further out of all the sheets only assam region have done the mistake of writing it as normalisation which is already normalized.

Hahahahahaha can someone who thinks" the normalisation is not done" calculate his marks and managed to get the same numerical value on common scale. Hahahahahaha and also can someone explain me why they have written it on common scale of 200. 😂😂😂😂😂 use common sense of normalisation. 😂😂😂😂
If you understood the concept behind common scale you will not speak like this..Esic has just counted the marks for valid questions and scaled it to 200..For example, in March 19th 1st shift, there were 5 invalid questions.
My valid marks was 125.75. Now they have scaled it as (125.75/195)*200 = 128.974......Just think what happens if there were 7 invalid questions, then it would become (125.75/193)*200 = 130.310...See the difference here..It's 1.5marks and this makes a big change in merit list..Esic will do normalization or not I don't know..But it has just scaled it to 200 and tat too it's a fault by Question paper setters..It's not fair giving out merit list with scaled marks though it has conducted exams in 8shifts..
If they don't do normalization then they should furnish the average marks of all shifts...If the average marks of all shifts are almost same then normalization has no role here.
people here think that normalisation may icrease 20 30 marks and their rank will improve manifold but here in esic concept is different
first these are not normalised marks but scaled marks means they converted everyone's score out of 200 rather giving full marks for wrong questions
second this scaled method is used in many PSC exams like UPPSC MPPSC e.t.c so the HR deptt of ESIC adopting the same method so this list is final and binding ad there is no legal boundation on this.
third esic adopts different method from Railways in railway they considered two criteria i.e toppers marks and avg of shift so there increment in marks is much much higher but in ESIC they cosider only avg marks of shift so here increment will be not much high same as seen in IBPS only 0.5 or 1 Mark difference will be there
people are saying that in nurse exam marks were increased very much but in that particular exam the difference b/w total candidates in two shifts were very much and difference of avg marks was very much high but in esic there will be minimal difference.
and last thng is that normalisation cannot do wonders in this exam agar aapke 10 bdenge to topper k b utne hi bdenge so rank will remain same bas thoda sa change hoga ki jiski 1 h uski 2 ho jayegi aur jiski 10 h uski 8 isse jyada ni
Dosto kisi bhi afwa me sane ki jarurat nahi koi normalisation marks nahi hoga. 15 march last date h sabhi region ki CST ke liye list tayar kar ke website par dalne
