I  called esic office they said there would be no normalisation this merit list is final and processing of result at regional office means conducting CPT of selected candidates on the basis of merit list

The basis of normalisation is standard deviation of marks of candidates in different shifts. Here no such issues are there.

Guys first of all you must understand the recruitment process... I've seen so many posting i got XXX rank and rank in my category is XXX... First thing is that we must know the date of birth of every candidate... for ex the person who got 1st rank is from OBC and if his age is 25.. he will come under UR category at the time of selection.. if he is above 27 he will come under OBC category..  like this will be the selection procedure... I am OBC candidate but I ll fall under UR if i get selected... as my rank is 5th... total post for UR 7 and OBC 4... If you have any doubt ask me... I'll clarify...

2014 ke esic udc post vacancy dekh kar 2015 me notification nikale he, 2015 ka notification ka exam, 2016 me. 2016 ka result, 2017 me final result ho raha he. ishi hisaab se to 3yr me Vacancy increase hona chaai he. Yes or No?
