Jinhe bhi doubt ha ki Normalisation hoga ki nahi hoga....Have a look on this link.... Paramedic me bhi same procedure follow hua tha...Like pehle notice aaya tha ki to report if there is any mistake in name particulars and marks....Phir Uske baad region wise merit list aaye jisme har candidates ke raw score (scaled to 125 in paramedic) the....And ultimately...After few days....final result aaya jisme Normalisation score tha (for final selection)....aur ESIC ke notice me yeh bhi mention tha ki agar exam ek se jyaada shift me conduct hoga to Normalisation process follow hoga....UDC me bhi same procedure follow ho raha ha....So... Don't get excited....Wait for final result to come....
