Can any one explain the reasons of not abiding the reservation rules ie 15% for SC,7.5% for ST ,27% for OBC this time by UPSC in ESE 2018??expecting some logical and rational answers. TIA
Pre cutoff is same for general and obc(only 1 marks difference) Mains cut off is exactly same for general and obc (611 for both) I don't think ki any topper from obc has used age relaxation. Then how come obc cutoff is more than general?
