I have my offer letter and last three month's pay slip from the company I left some time back. Will these be enough at the time of interviews for colleges like IIM/XLRI/FMS/IIFT/MDI/SP Jain etc? I do not have an experience letter or a relieving letter from my employer.
Friends...I m stuck at one spot while filling work ex duration in CAT form and I really want your valuable suggestion for the same. Is one required to show/submit work ex certificate during GD-PI/adm in IIMs or other MBA colleges or even salary slips will be sufficient ? I do not have work ex certificate from my first employer where I had worked for 7 months but just the salary slips of first 6 months. Hence I don't know whether I should mention about the same or not. I m also concerned about whether the gap in work ex will count as negative if I don't show the same. Everything is fine with the second company where I have been working for last two and half years. Really need some advice. Thanks alot !!!!

Will that be sufficient for Symbiosis colleges? or Welingkar / KJ Somaiya ? I used to get paid in cash, so dont have cheques etc. Also i dont have reliving certificate. Will this be OK?

Will IIMs or other B-Schools consider the offer letter and the experience certificate as sufficient proof of work experience or will they demand salary slip as well?? I am asking for all stages till the admission takes place.

The government agency that I worked with doesn’t provide any salary slip as such to non-government/ non-permanent employees. The Bills & Payments department may provide the pay slip if requested but the process is too long and exhaustive. If Offer letter and experience certificate is sufficient to prove work experience, can salary slip be avoided??

Hii, I am going to attempt CAT2023 this year, but I have one confusion regarding work experience. I am currently running a small business of self study centre but i don’t file gst and tax. But i have the udyog aadhar certificate that I had registered my business with msme portal of govt of india. Can I apply fpr work experience on the basis of that msme certificate that I have. It’s a certificate of registration of my business with date mentioned on it which date the business started and what at which date the commencement of business happened. I am very confused regarding this. I want someone who has such type of experience, like a self employed person with any such certificate who got admission and proved work ex, or any person who has the relevant knowledge can help me by answering my question.
