Anyone is here from west bengal got posting in Orissa as JTA
1) I think if sum1 joins cwc and write a bond with cwc for say Rs. xxxxx for say yyy years. 2) in the bond if cwc says that u ll not get NOC for yyyy years and if u resign within that u ll have to pay rs.xxxxx. 3) then if sum1 apply somewhere in zzz company and went for interview/dv then he ll definitely have to provide NOC if he is working in cwc. 4) so the thing is that cwc create a situation in which u may apply for another job within yyyy years but before finally get selected for another job you must have been resigned from cwc by paying rs.xxxxx. 5) this is my personal view....hope it may help u guys.
