This news is confirmed from very trustworthy source , may be several people will take it as a joke or start abusing me because of their less understanding skill. CIL”s Personal Dept. decide to extend joining in start of January because of proportionate calculation of all the PL, CL & SL, their revision arrear Calculation, Perks etc. only expert HR personal could understand the problem in joining at end of Calendar year and CIL’s HR-Joining dept. confirmed this news within house, he advised all the call attendant person to say result will be announced in next week and next month till Nov end. This may be heart breaking for all those who expect result in this month or next month, result will be announced after mid Nov or Earliest of Dec & after they will speed up their process for joining & all the joining formalities will be end within one month. So just chill and stop the entire nuisance related to declaration of result till mid of Nov. All the best
