Electrical final cutoff marks in general category (including interview and correction) out of 210.... ?? (BE HONEST THEN ONLY ITS HELPFUL FOR EVERYONE)....

There is no uniformity in awarding marks at different venues. In some venues they have awarded 4,5 marks for many and in some other center 8,9 marks have been given to many. This will create a crucial difference. It is high time we should demand for normalisation. What's your opinion?
Those who think normalisation of interview marks should be done, pls tweet @coalIndiaHQ 4 venues, 4 different panels. For uniformity normalisation must be done venue wise as single mark is important. Atleast try so that no regrets.

OBC(MECH) EXPECTED. CUT OFF OUT OF 210
If the interview mark is an average of all panel members' marks, is it possible to get 10 out of 10. That means all the 10-12 members had given 10 to the candidate? Even if it is a coincidence, how many times it can repeat?
I guess the marks are given by the panel head alone. I may be wrong but I don't find better logic in this.

Konse questions ke answer change ho sakte hain CIL ke written exam ke?? kyunki jin ladkon 173-174 aaye the wo bhi select nahi huye interview mein.
Has anyone signed the undertaking for middle name issue in the CIL form and 10 th Marksheet? Do we have to submit any affidavit regarding this ?
