The results are delayed because they are going to increase the number of vacancies under the same exam. My friend had a setting and when he went to pay the amount, a person asked him to wait as he can get selected through merit due to the increased number of vacancies. P.S- This is obviously a rumour. I did this to counter retards who are using rumours to spread fear and uncertainty. Rumours can also be used to spread hope and happiness to counter the sense of fear propagated by losers.

Friends don't lose hope CIL is not a small company and its not a small recruitment. Surely CIL may facing some internal problems which they donot want to share may be because several reasons. Any negative news may effect its credibility among the investors, same goes for this recruitment process also, if CIL failes entire economy gets effected because India cannot survive without coal. From past 15 days many "fake people" claimed exam going to be cancelled don't listen to them.
