Guys why are you getting so restless about cil result. It is actually good if they keeps on delaying it. CIL have postings in remote areas and life is actually hell there. CIL will only pay good money and money does not add much to your quality of life, trust me. Try to find a better job till the time they are not announcing the result. Let CIL be the last option. Apply in NABARD for instance. As we all are from different fields so i won't suggest where to apply, figure out yourself. But try to save yourself from 5 year bond till the time you can.
