Jiske 4 tab aye h ,jiske 3 tab aye h ,woh pareshan mt ho ...actually jiska extra tab khula h yaani 4th wala usey lg rha h ki ,usi tab ka print lekar woh interview dene jayega ,human nature to expect what they want.Aur jiska ni khula h ,usey lgta h ki woh print ni le payega. Par yaar ajtak maine koi aisa interview call ni dekha jisme interview call letter ki jagah ,apna pehla wala form hi download krke pahuchna hota h khud print krke ,Logo ko andhvishwas pe kyu vishwas h ab samaj ata h .Abey tere form ka scrutiny woh app par fir kyu krega yede jb tera selection hone k baad document verification hoga hi.Mtlb result k liye kuch bhi chipkana h .ab kuch log yeh kahenge ki hamara ek tab aur ayega interview call letter ka .toh ye baat ekdum sahi h ,jiska ayega uske 3 honge ya 4 honge tab ,cil ni puchega re.
3 tabs are shown for those people who is exampted from exam fee like sc/st students......for them acknowledgement slip is not shown.....4 tabs are shown for those people who had paid exam fee........so pls dont correlate this with cutoff or result....STOP RUMERS..!!!
I dont know how someone proposed the concept of 3&4 tabs. It was a weird theory.I know i got less marks. I am not ashamed to say my marks or asking for chance. Everyone needs a job at the end of the day. Let the results be declared by cil. Why to rage a war in the grp?
Some people here are creating ruckus misleading hardworkers saying thy scored 173( still showing 3tabs) or scoring 90 and (showing 4 tabs and so...)The point here is .. gen cat wid high scores are able to see 4 tabs(irrespectived query raised or not) SC/ST wid high scores are able to see 3 tabs (irrespective of query raised or not) For SC/ST fee is exempted so no acknowledgement tab for them.. So irrespective of branch,cat,query (raised/not) only guys wid high scores are able to see application view tab(may be they hav cleared cutoffs set by cil for thr respective branches and cat cutoffs )yet not releaved officially.Moreover Cil previously jus released a PDF -branch wise listing all shortlisted candidates fr interiew(mentioning name,dob and cat). Donno wat format they wil this time, I guess the guys wid application view tab are in now...(thy hav to dwnload the application and fill dat for interview to have a brief intro abt them to the panel)..this is jus my analysis...bcz gen or reserved cat irrespective of branch wid low scores are not able to see application view tab ..dis cud help smone...and its jus a analysis made by taking into consideration almost 40 of our frnds marks...and it all co-related to the so called tab-theory....!!!!!!!!!! 3/4th ratio of our frnds are not able to see app view tab...dats frustrating .........Destiny..!!!!!!!!REST GUYS ALL THE BEST....and for all who are in ALL THE VERY BEST FOR UA INTERVIEWS.....

I got joining in ADANI power on July 17,2017..should i join it? I also have 162 marks in cil (electrical, gen)
If i join it might create problem in attending interview.
Bhailog i think max weber is right..coz..at the time of applying i had download the application and on that every is mention like centre etc..but in this application some details r missing..
Well i dnt knw much but i feel for interview seperate call letters are issued in every PSU for the first time i have heard ki one will take application letter for interview !! Insane

mc jab se 3 tab 4 tab ka locha chala hai sala group ki toh mai**a ch*d di hai kuch logo ne .sala mere ko ye samajh me nai aata ki jab CIL final key nai diya ,
result nai diya toh shortlist kaise ho gaye log...??
