I am selected for MT in cil. My OBC certification date is 20/07/2017.Is there need of renewal of my certificate. (or is it required to get into cil obc format)

Yaar mere appointment letter mein FEB 2, 2018 di huyi hai reporting date ..............aap sabke mein kya aaya hai (MECHANICAL ENGINEERING) lekin joing schedule mein 15th Jan 2018 hai.
in line 3768 part 1 and in 3777 technical part marks and in 3786 total marks after corrections but this shows only in those candidates who's not selected for interview

Hey friends i am from HR and i received mt appointment letter today but the problem is that the date of reporting on it is 12th march whereas the date of joining as per the joining schedule on coal india website is 20th Feb. So this has confused me kindly tell me is there anyone else who faced same kinda problem? and what should we do now? From where we should confirm the exact date?
Another problem is that in the mail what is meant by following statement kindly clarify
"You are required to send confirmation email of acceptance of this offer of appointment within a week to the following email id."
Now what kind of confirmation mail we should send please clarify that.

I have talked to Ashish Mishra Sir right now on his phone number and confirmed that the actual date of reporting will be the date mentioned in the mailed appointment letter and not the one we are seeing on website. So no need to be in further confusion and we can all make our travel arrangements accordingly. Thank you and best of luck for the bright future
