Dear people here, writing here won't help you. They have provided a number, dial it and ask. It is their duty to answer queries. Many people are sick of waiting here. If they don't answer you properly then dial again and ask. If they again don't answer properly , then again dial the next day. If they have provided email IDs then mail your query. If there is a grievance redressal portal, then post your problem there. Step up and do it, nobody else will do it for you.
