There is a general notion that govt. employees don't per.......form with the sincerity as shown by pvt. employees. Today's Govt don't want to bear any liabilities. And how many votes you can count who are in PSUs. Hardly. Hardly less than 10% of total Govt employees who is serving under PSUs. The sick PSUs should have been privatized long before. Now the mindset towards doing some fruitful work shall find its way. I will feel pity for the guys who have entered through reserva... and the PSUs get privatised. General guys will find their way through herds through sheer hard work like what they are doing now. #Harsh But True
