Please explain me the method mentioned in the answers. Why it is taken as     11-iCi?

There are three acid solutions named P,Q, and R with concentrations 20%, 30%, and 50% respectively. If 'x' ml pf solution P, 'x+5' ml of solution Q and'x+15' ml of solution R are mixed, the resultant solution had 38% concentration. What can be said about the value of x? I know the traditional method. Is there any other method to solve it?
