i would be highly grateful if someone could clear my doubt.i dont have any idea about HRM. i have heard that HRM is paid less than other specialisation and growth is also very limited;be it from xlri tiss scmhrd etc.. can some enlightened soul clear this?

Has anyone submitted IIM L form? I have kept bullet points in the Extracurriculars. The preview before submitting crams all of that into a para.

Regarding IIM Indore form:-
In 10th CBSE, I have 6 subjects but the Grade sheet itself mentions CGPA including only 5 subjects. Should I enter the Board's equivalence or add all the subjects?
Last year, after how many days of CAT result declaration IIM Shillong shortlist was announced?
Regarding IIM indore form-
When I am writing my semester marks by using weighted method , then it is not taking decimal numbers.
But if I am writing marks yearwise it would not be a problem for me.
So my query is will it create any problem if I write my marks yearwise instead of semester-wise?? Please help!! /\ TIA
