IIM Kozhikode form asks for "Percentage obtained at Highest Level" for CFAs but CFA Institute never releases any %. They just release Pass Or Fail status. Anyone else, who is also a CFA and facing the same issue?

In the IIM Kozhikode form, they ask for year of examination and "percentage" for each year of our bachelor's degree.
Do we enter the Cumulative GPA here (converted to percentage of course), or the GPA only for that year?
For instance, my CGPA at end of second year of BTech is 8.x (which is inclusive of first year as well), but my GPA considering the second year ONLY would be 8.y.
Which one do we enter in this case?
