someone pls clarify this...cap iim cutoff last year was 95 or 96 for GEM. i read that 95 was cutoff but calls were given only over 96 percentile..
I heared that FMS calls every year 1000 candidates for 101 general seats then how can be its cut of 98.5(up to year 2016, from 2017 i know criteria changed)

It's high time for me to focus on xat and bid goodbye to pg for sometime. So doing a thing which I wanted to from a long time. Here's my take on prediction. Slot 1: 99 - 147/148 Slot 2: 99 - 145/146 Irrespective of slots: 99.5 - 157/158 99.6 - 165 99.7 - 170 99.8 - 176 99.85 - 180 99.90 - 184 to 186 max The above predictions are based on analysis of the predictions ( institute's and people posting on pg :p) I believe a lot of students are going to be in the range of 140-170 and that is going to deciding factor for 99-99.5 percentile. Post that we may seem less competition as this cat has clearly differentiated the best prepared students from the well prepared one's. One of the best cat exam in the last 3 years, imo. You may disagree from the above prediction and are welcome with your thoughts. *I do accept that I may go wrong here.* All the best puys and pirls for xat.

Dear Veterans, Spjain Query My Quant faculty was saying that the early I appear for Spjain interview, the greater chance I have for conversion as adcom members will select suitable candidates as and when they find one. So as a result, individuals who have selected a slot at a later date tend to have a disadvantage as appropriate candidate have already been selected earlier. Can anyone throw light on this and tell how true is this. I am really very confused with this slot selection. Thank you
