I have mentioned 28 months experience while filling the application form. Now I have experience letter of 24 months in a company but the other company is not giving me experience letter of 4 months. HR is not ready to give me experience letter under any condition. I have the joining letter and the salary slips of those 4 months. Will it create any problem in future?
