Is there any certification for MS Excel, which is given some value by recruiters, like the FLIP certification for finance, or the Google one for marketing?

> I scored 96.84 percentile in CAT and 217 in NMAT this year and got calls from NMIMS, IMT G, IMI D, GLIM chennai. (Didn't get calls from new IIMs or higher ranked institutes because of inferior marks in one section.)

> Didn't get selected in a single institute and have been waitlisted in all and have no chance of converting.

Thinking of appearing for CAT one more time but again my exp acts as a negative point here. What should I do? Suggestions required in comments as well.

I am a final year graduation student. I scored 91 percentile in cat 2017 , 91.95 in xat 2018. I want to give one more attempt to cat while taking a drop. Should I take a drop with part time internships or work full time and prepare for cat because my job is very hectic and I surely don't wanna join it. Please suggest
Is work experience in a startup not given as much relevance as that from a reputed one?
Should I join a startup as a fresher given that I'll attempt CAT again? How is the atmosphere generally there?

I really want to see a day when CAT aspirants will start protesting against the DADAGIRI of colleges may be just like SSC and UPSC candiadates.
Most of the times we fill the form for colleges even before CAT itself and the fees is mostly around 2K per college. The application fees itself costs somewhere around 30K and then the charges for travelling/interviews take the whole process to around 60K-70K easily for most of the candidates.
Then you receive the result which most of the times is unexpected. You don't exactly know how you failed or succeeded. There is no transparency at all. If you are lucky enough you will get a waitlist number if not then you have to again wait for days and check when the next waitlist will be coming.
Then there are new iims which declare results after even after IITs, what a shame. The CAP process is like agni pariksha if you pass you are admitted to all the colleges if not you lose all the new iims. This is also acceptable but how we are supposed to serve 3 months of notice period which is generally a norm in all companies these days. Few companies<read monks> then also take some alms <buyout> and leave you but few companies will ask you to serve full notice period.
I don't really understand what management is going on inside these colleges. Basically, by not being transparent are they just giving us a lesson on how to do real business < read HERAFERI>.
The issue what most of the aspirants are facing is they are from middle-class families just like me and do not have enough guts to take some off the track decision. The only reason I see we are not able to speak out is the admission to an IIM of XLRI now has become a lottery ticket and most of the time only way to elevate your economic status. I hope after joining different colleges we all can try to at least release pressure from upcoming batches in some way.
Please don't dig deep into facts I also know few things are not exactly correct here.

last year to atleast 30-40 aa hi jate the VARC section me , but this year , the more i practice for VARC , the lesser my marks , why ?
