Does anybody have a proper response to the question that why do you want to go for MBA? I was asked this question in the CAP interview and I messed it up. The only reason I want to go for MBA is to reach the higher rungs of a company which I know that I won't be able to achieve until I work for several years with a degree in a technical field. A detailed answer would be appreciated. TIA.
When will CAP results be out ??
I know I am speaking for a lot of us when I ask this question: Can you guys 'objectively' compare IIM Trichy, Udaipur & Ranchi? It would help a lot of us in the decision making process. P.S. Also it would be great if students studying in new IIMs could pitch in their views, and abstain from being biased towards their respective colleges.

Suppose a fresher gets admitted to new IIMs(Suppose IIM Trichy).He goes for CAT 18 .He converts IIM I or IIM K.Would One year be worth the upgrade from Trichy to Indore.Or He can bridge the difference by working hard in the program itself.Opinions are welcome!
