I have been working full time at a local NGO as a project co-ordinator for the past one year . My salary is very nominal (Around 8K) and they pay in cash and I don't have salary slips. Will the appointment letter do or I need some other proof ?
Hi guys. This is about a blunder I made recently. I did not find my name when FMS released the first shortlist. Yesterday when my first was checking out of curiosity he found my name in the list. I think it's due to some issue in pdf or something that I couldn't see my name earlier . Now, I see that we have to fill proforma and send it to them. Is it okay if I send it now or it's all done for me.

Can a person get a summer internship in some of the most reputed companies like hul and all by own and not by college. If yes, how?
Is mba from iit's worth it. Does it provides you with at par opportunities as compared to other bschools.
Do people get PPO's from big companies even when they are not from an ivy league institutes.
Please throw some light on these queries as cat 2017 was my only attempt and I will have to join any b school this year only. please don't be biased and tell the actual scenarios.

Do new IIMs really inflate their placement figures? If yes, then by how much? Like If Ranchi says its average is around 15LPA, Is it as bad as under 12?
I have 2 years of IT experience as a developer and a very average profile of being an Engineer. Can I expect a 15+ LPA job from these IIMs if I work hard?

In CAP interviews they asked for extra circular certificates but in CS score of each IIMS there is no weightage to it. Can someone tell whether they are considered or not. If yes then according to me only PI is left as CS criteria is fixed. If someone can tell pls
