MBA college classes will start in July end / August or some even September ..
I will have 2-3 months in hand after All GD PI s and shortlisting is over .
Any proffesional course or any extra - curricular course that would help in boosting my CV considering I am a fresher ? Suggestions please

Guys I need some advice here,
I got 96.57 in CAT-17 (GEM-2017 graduate), I applied to IMT, XIMB and IITs and in return got calls from IMT,XIMB, IIT-k, IIT-R (i also have CAP calls)
I presently have 7 months work ex ( Reliance industries) and decent acads but not excellent ( 10th-84 12th -88 grad- 84).
I thought i will leave my job and pursue mba even if i convert in a lower ranked IIT or any of the above colleges. But after some reading and research in these past months iam not quite sold to that idea now and now i have second thoughts of attending the process at IIT -K and IIT-R.
I have attended interviews for CAP, XIMB and IMT, all these processes turned out to be decent.
Now if i dont convert any of those calls and convert maybe the IITs or XIMB. Is it worth pursuing MBA now or have another try at CAT 18 while pursuing my current job ? do u place IIT-K/IIT-R above lets say IMT or XIMB ( i mean exposure, placements wise and not fee)
Please give me your honest opinion
