Do IIMs normalize our board scores based on our streams and board?

Hi Guys , This is my profile , :OA- 96.25 ; VA- 97.65 ; DILR- 73.61 ; QA- 96.21 X- 75.6 ; XII- 63.7 ; GRAD- 61.77 Category-OBC Work EX- 24 months IT company (left job AUG,2015) Since then working in my Family Business.Does low Acads and 2 yr gap in Full time EXP dampen my chances (If any) into Old IIM's. Is it too Optimistic of me to have any hope ? Any Insights or suggestions are welcome.
