24, Took 4.5 years to graduate (failed 9 subjects), did UPSC preparation for 2 years, no work exp, Now 95.66%le (74/99/96) in CAT.

Hi, during registration fro CAT 2017, I have applied in GEN category. Now I am qualifying for NC OBC category with ref to the amendment made by Govt in Sep'17.Now Can I apply to IITs under NC OBC category though applied under GEN category in CAT
