While we all are bickering over polls, expected percentiles and slot battles, the IIM Bill was passed by Rajya Sabha today which will grant more autonomy to the IIMs and also transforms them into INI (Institutes of National Importance) and also clears the way for them to award MBA degrees rather than diplomas.
