Guys I didn't prepare at all for CAT 2017 and after checking answer keys I'm getting: VARC:72 LRDI-21 and QA-54 . OVR-147.Slot 2 . Any realistic idea of expected percentile? I'm not sure whether the paper was so easy or I had a great verbal section. Just comparing with last year's raw scores it doesn't seem like its gonna be that low this time around for corresponding percentiles.
Can u guys tell me how to check marks.i have PDF version of answerysheet but confused how to check.. Help
Guys, I have appealed against Slot 1 VARC question no. 15, where I feel the correct option should be 4 and not 2.
The reason I gave was - 'The question asks the about what the line given suggests and not what can be inferred from it. So I feel correct option should be 4. Option 2 would have been correct had the question been asked in context to the full paragraph. Also Option 4 is used in past tense -were eager-, which itself means the real estate developers no longer courted the brands. Hence I feel option 4 is more appropriate'
If any of you also has appealed or is planning to appeal against this, please comment on this post
Although I have checked the score from the links below, my window is still black when I open the CAT website shift 1 question paper. Is anyone else facing the same problem?

Just a small doubt. Did anyone read the instructions about marked for review options ?Answers for those will be considered and evaluated right ? It was given in official cat mock but I did not go through that instruction part in the paper. Can anyone please clarify me on this.

Hi guys, in slot 2 VARC Q. No : 9, I marked the option "Planting more shrubs in areas of short snow season." Since the author has not mentioned his views about climate change, I feel "Govt. action to curb climate change" is not accurate. Also, I went to the original source of the passage where the author states in her final paragraph "Yet we already know some ways to mitigate some of the effects. For instance, land managers can restore and increase the coverage of the understory plants that promote snow cover." So, I think the author would definitely support planting shrubs as well. i am scoring just above 130. Last year's scaled score for 96%ile was around 130. After looking at scores on Pg i am skeptical if a raw score of 130 would cross 96%ile. Please if anyone has any idea about scaled scores and raw scores,please throw some light.

,would normalization affect drastically on percentile considering two slots...I mean everybody is saying slot 2 was easier than 1, so a difference of 10 marks in two slots like 130 in second and 120 in first would be same?
What will be my percentile with score around 100
