By going through the Career launcher answer, did anyone of you attempted the 8 freinds in a plane question from DILR? slot 2?
Just my two cents:
Stop going after any memory based reproductions of the actual paper. These have historically never and WILL never ever be even close to predicting your true percentiles. That is best left to the result day. Whatever has happened has happened and it is in everyone's best interest to focus on what's next. I can understand the anxious moments , the never-ending tantalising desire to know one's performance and the excruciating till the 2nd week of January(hopefully) but that will do you no good. So, prepare for the upcoming exams.
As for CAT'17, I will not roll out any detailed analysis but will surely say the following things specifically about SLOT 1(no idea about its counterpart SLOT 2 though):
1. RCs easier than last year but VA part time consuming and tricky => overall a notch above CAT'16
2. LR/DI was a little bit tougher than CAT'16
3. QA was way easier than CAT'16 and more on CAT'15 lines
Having said that, these are my score predictions for a few percentiles in a rough sense and should not be taken too seriously(raw scores) -
95 99 99.5 99.9
VA/RC ~50 62-64 ~70 >80
LR/DI ~25 32-34 ~41 >48
QA ~52 61-64 71-73 >85-87
Overall No Idea 150-155 ~165 ~185+
Again, I would reiterate that this is what the LIKELY scores would be for the corresponding percentiles but how much one will get EXACTLY can't be known.

In Slot-2, first question in VA/RC CL has given counter evidence as the answer. Was it the same option which said something about trade as well? I remember the last 2 options in this question were related to trade.
Anyone else screwed up QA? Attempted 22 in Slot 2 with 4 confirmed wrong until now.. can be more. Yahan padh ke lag raha hai 85 percentile bhi cross hoga ki nahin! Everyone seems to be 55+..

Stop looking at CL's Memory based solutions and stop worrying about it. First of all it may not be accurate, plus there is no point worrying about it now. Better spend your energy studying for the other upcoming exams than worrying about some silly mistakes you committed.
What is the accuracy level of Times scaled scores?
I am getting raw score 7 in lrdi slot 1, any chance it might cross 75 percentile.?
Raw score of 130 in slot 2 can fetch how much percentile ? TIA !

99ile for both Qa and Va is above 60,so scoring 85%ile which would be in 30's or 40's in any of these sections would be diastrous. At the same time Lrdi 99ile at 35-40 and 85%ile at 20-25. Do you guys think it is unfair? I mean is Lrdi more about clearing the cutoff than scoring? Are the scores of lrdi scaled to avoid such disparity between the sections?
