What is the percentile for a raw score of 180. Any idea puys?
How can people running their own startup show the work exp. proof? Asking on behalf of a friend here. His startup is registered as an LLP, but he doesn't draw any salary from the comany's bank account. So unlike most candidates, he doesn't have salary slips/joining letter etc. Will it be a problem during the interviews?
My CMAT score is 82 percentile. Please suggest good colleges to apply at par with my score.

P2-so prateek gupta right ??
M- yes sir
P1- so guptas come in OBC category ??
M- sir , it depends on region, at some places there are baniya, at some marwari at some places OBC.
P2- so where r u from ??
M- sir i am from a place near lucknow, my father works in NTPC.
P1- what is the name of that place ???
M- unchahar
P1- what were u thinking, that we dont know the place.. we know it very well
M-sir, it is such a small place , i assumed that you will not be knowing it !
P2-so why mba right after graduation ??
M- sir, i got a campus placement in grofers.
P1- WHAT ??
M- sir, grofers... so earlier i thought of gaining one or two years work ex and then go for mba, but later i decided not to join the company and go for mba ,as i thought of gaining a strong theoretical knowledge before entering the corporate world.
P1(CUTS HERE)- so why did you not appear in 2016 ?? why 2017 ??
M- sir i decided to go for MBA in jan-feb instead of doing job ... after having a discussion on it with my brother..
P2- what should we do yaar... peple come with experience and then say that i wanted to gain exp. so it will help me to know the environment, freshers come here that i want to first gain knwledge and then start working..hum kya kare...kisko le kisko na le.
M- sir what i feel that i dont have much knowledge about the sectors of management role, if i had done job in some company for some profile and then later during MBA would have discovered that the area in which i worked for a year or two was the area in which i was not really interested, then it would have been a total waste of 1-2 years there. i want to know first that which feild i am comfortable in during this PGP course and then decide to pursue it.
P2- suppose we both are candidates with same composite score and one with workex one is a fresher , whom will you select as an interviewer ???
M(was silent for 25-30 seconds)- sir if the candidate with workex is not having any relevant exp. in management feild, then i will go for fresher , otherwise the work ex guy.
P1(AGAIN CUTS IN MIDDLE)- what does your brother do ??
M- sir , he works as data stage admin in hsbc pune
P1- so did he do an MBA ???
M- no sir
P1- then how can he guide you that...you should do mba after graduation or after work ex
M- sir he didnt guide me.. we just dicussed about it and then i decide to do MBA and the enter the corporate world
P2- how is a MBA GRADUATE different from a normal graduate ??
M- sir , an MBA graduate will have abetter knowledge about the working of the different sectors of a firm and a specialization in his stream, so an MBA graduate can analyse any situation or market condition w.r.t firm more effectively.
P1(all of a sudden)- din pehle aata hai ki raat ??

P2- there is not only one controllign factor, u have a bit low marks in graduation
M- yeah sir, that is a reason too.
P2- how will you calculate composite score and select candidates for the course out of 200-300 candidates.
