I have converted IIM L,K,I and having a hard time choosing between them, it should be a no brainer with L being better but I am confused between L and K, K having a better foreign exchange and almost similar to L in terms of consulting placements. Should I go with K? ( I am a fresher with good acads and a good UG college).

Every year waitlist of several colleges moves and at the end of it, there is always a Guy at Number 1 spot who couldn't get in. Waitlist stopped moving just before him. And he wanted to get in desperately. Think about that Guy It could be you ! 😂

I have 2 things to ask
1. I am currently in 8th semester which idk when will get over ....... So CAT 21 attempt will be considered as my drop year attempt or what ??
2. I am having FOMO rn cause my gf got placed in a third party company which is paying 7 lpa after two year it will move to 11 lpa ............ And previously i nd her was placed in MNC which was paying 4lpa only .......... she got the opportunity and luckily she converted it ......... Few friends of mine are also trying to upgrade their existing 4-5lpa job ....................The thing is i was in same situation last year i decided to study for placements and had to cut down my CAT prep . I am seeing myself in same situation , should i leave applying for companies now who is paying higher than 4lpa and just focus on CAT ....... or should i keep applying side by side and try to get good placement
p.s The company that i have got placed in will give joining after my 8th semester results nd joining might be delayed by april 22 so in a way it is good n in a way bad too....................... WHat is the way out plz let me know . TIA
