CAP Interview Experience: Feb 23 2021 Forenoon Session Profile: 8/8/7 Workex: 40 months in IT. Two panelists. Both Male. P1 in 60s P2 in late 30s P1: 1.Tell me something about yourself which is not mentioned in your CAP Application Form. Told. 2.Choose one subject from IT domain and one from other interests, you are comfortable with. Told 3.What is the main problem Criminalisation of Politics of Politicisation of Criminals.. Ans: I was doomed. Tried explaining with instances and presenting my argument. But couldn't convince. 4.What is Agile and it's advantages. Told 5.Difference between agile and spiral model. Told P2: 1. What is the current political environment in India, what do you think where we are heading? Told 2.You are from TCS which is in Tata Group, There's tech Mahindra of Mahindra group. Between Mr. Ratan Tata and Mr. Mahindra who will be your choice and why? Told. 3. Tell me about Mr. Tata and Neera Radia Controversy. I knew about it but couldn't recall at that time. Phew. 3.Who is the education minister? Told 4.Tell me about new education policy and your views. Summarised the intent. 5.What other extra curricular activity do you have. Told. Panel was chill but somewhere I messed up. Overall pleasant experience. Don't know what to make of it, but it is what it is!
