What is the last date of work ex you are mentioning in IIM Indore forms? For currently working ppl. Is is current date or can I mention future date since I am not leaving job for next 2-3 months atleast?

In the CAP registration - for filling up X standard Board, the options given are "CBSE Delhi " and "Others". I understand that CBSE conducts exam for DELHI and other states separately. I passed X Standard under CBSE from a southern state. Should I have to fill up "CBSE Delhi" or "Others". I request ad-com to help me URGENTLY
If we are done filling and submitting the CAP form, we don't need to do anything else, right?
