When first timers get sad after not getting calls
Someone here mentioned, for IIM B we have to get two LOR either from Professors in Grad course or someone of higher designation in work place.
So my question is -
Can i get both of the LORs from my professors during my undergrad, even though i am currently working and have almost 3 years of work ex within the same organization ?
If i have to get LOR from my organization, Can i get the LORs from the persons other than my manager ? In my team there are two guys who are one level higher than me and we all report to same manager.
Point of concern here is, my manager wont take kindly if i were to leave the organization(not to brag about it, but i am one of the best resource in my team).
I am already having anxiety for filling his contact info on Ahmedabad's form.

Hey guys,it's a silly question i know but wanted to know is there any one who has taken admission in an MBA college(likely iim ranchi,trichy,etc) and gave cat again targetting top 10 colleges only?Anyone who has done it? Is it manageable doing it? Please do not mock me asking this question.
How do you prepare for WAT? I've seen some of the topics that are thrown at the WAT rounds and ngl they're *really* weird for me. I don't know if this is an issue I face but it just seems like you need a lot of diverse info to be able to come up with anything that could segregate you from the other shortlisted folks. I know the incoming response: "Zephyr you DO need diverse info, it's a competition in there!". But seriously, some definitive directions please.
Do they give WAT based on your background? As a GEM should I honestly expect WAT topics along the lines of govt spending during Covid, maybe something related to marketing, maybe something about FMCG even?
Do we at least have options in the round? Or is that just a topic and you gotta come up with something exciting enough in 30mins regardless of whether you know the stuff or not?

Hi, I scored 96.87%ile in cat but messed up badly in QA. Sectional percentiles are 98.05/99.97/70.8. my acads are 94%/90.4%/8.77 with a work ex of 35 months as of 2nd jan 2021. I am completely lost on which colleges I can convert... If any. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

In the fms application in the achievement part I have written " I was placed 25th in the 2013 edition of international science Olympiad" without mentioning ki 25th in the state. Is there something I can do about it? Will they grill me for the mistake?
