My friend has 88 percentile in CAT 2020. He is an NC OBC candidate, a fresher. Should he apply to IIM rohtak?

Hi folks. Congratulations on your CAT results. I hope that you guys are geared up for WAT/PI. I am a current student at IIMB and am thinking of conducting a small zoom/Insta of 45-mins - 1 hr on Saturday: Jan 9 7:00 PM (Zoom link at the bottom) about general queries that you might want me to answer. IIM Indore's admission criteria mentions 6 marks as diversity factor. Anybody has any idea what this diversity factor involves in case of indore, is it gender based or academic diversity or either of these will be awarded 6 marks?
