Why is TIME trying to remind us of the good old days before CAT 2020? Lol. 😅
Guys, was the difficulty level for qa across all the slots not more or less the same? Literally, i feel cheated by the very thought that slot 3 had the "easiest" quant paper!!! I can't come up with an explanation as to what made qa tough for slot 1 guys. They had an easy DILR section, which could have helped maximise qa scores as well....
Any thoughts?
Sorry for bringing up XAT here (not sure if there is a separate thread for that). Can anyone elaborate a bit on the Unattempted questions rule?
1) Is the limit of 8 unattempted questions applicable for each section or overall? 2) Also, when we leave more than 8 questions unattempted, then will the negative marking be calculated only for those questions exceeding 8 or for all the questions? (for eg if 12 questions are unattempted then negative marking of 0.1 be calculated for 4 questions or 12 questions?)

What is the format of the Countdown timer in the actual XAT?
TIME in its mocks uses "MMM:SS" and IMS uses "HH:MM:SS" and it is sometimes confusing to read the clock.
I know it's not a very important factor, but knowing will be useful especially when one has preset time targets for each section.
