I am in a bit of a dilemma right now.I converted MDI G this year(PGPM).MDI is a pretty good college and I am happy I got there.But something inside my heart tells me that I should give another shot at CAT 2020 for a chance over at FMS/C.I am a GEM fresher and have 95/91/80 in 10/12/grad.Got 99.5+ in all exams I gave including CAT,XAT and IIFT. So I have hopes for a shot at these two institutes after hopefully improving my performance in CAT.Also I might go in with a better frame of mind during the interviews as I had some eye opening experiences which on further introspection helped me assess my weaker areas. My dilemma arises out of the current scenario.If this pandemic would have never happened,I would have taken up a job and given cat another shot without even blinking.But now the situation is such that applying for jobs has also become tough.Also there is the uncertainty over the exam and whether it would even happen this year.But then mba is a risky proposition too and all of the trimesters this year will mostly be online and wont have that true MBA wala feeling. So I just wanted to get the opinions of some of the folks out here.These suggestions would probably help me take a more informed decision.I have time to withdraw till the end of the month so I am not in a lot of hurry to rush my decision.Just wanted to hear out a bunch of perspectives before arriving at a decision that I wouldnt want to regret later PS-I also dont want to prepare for cat again while being in mdi. In addition to wasting a lot of money,it could seriously land me in a no mans land kind of situation.Also I had prior experience of doing it somewhat forcibly during engineering,which was pretty traumatic and painful to say the least
