So this guy @Anonymous1281 is desperately posting in each group requesting guys not to do MBA this year out of his "good will" as this batch will get below par placements and miss out on the good days of MBA. Do you people believe this futile exercise of his will even affect the waitlist even by 1? Are people so dumb as to believe an "ANGEL" on PG who recommends to drop people's hard earned colleges?

Till now I thought this Masters Union School of Business is a marketing gimmick saying we have CEOs, CXOs as mentors and teachers . But I saw interview of Naveen Munjal (MD, HERO) and he is actually talking about that school and excited on being part of it. Is it start of a new legacy and can it be compared to the premier B schools of the country? What do you guys think?

Recently IIM Rohtak published news highlighting that it broke the Glass ceiling. I would like to share my views here. IIM Rohtak’s criteria give 50% weightage to CAT and 20% weightage to diversity. This 20% diversity literally translates to the added advantage of 120 marks in CAT. IIM Rohtak General cutoff is 95% which is almost 120 marks, with the diversity advantage the person who got a call at 95 are literally competing on par with 100%ilers like Scrabbler, Patrick, etc. Those people are not going to apply Rohtak any day. For OBC their cutoff is 78%ile which is almost 75 marks. With the advantage of diversity, these scores are equivalent to people scoring 99.9 percentile in the OBC category( only a handful achieve those numbers). Still, 31% of the batch is boys. So who actually broke the ceiling?
Disclaimer: I am not a male chauvinist or against the reservation system, but implementing a fair system doesn’t mean doing unethical things. IIM K is an excellent example of a system which gives good opportunity to both nonengineers and female.
