Pissed off. Gave CL mock 3 just now. Limited my attempts, and still ended with just 31 in VARC section. Out of this, 21 came from VA.
There's not much point in giving so many philosphical passages in one paper, and then puffing it with infereance based questions. Being an aspirant who gives mocks frequently, it definitely took a toll on me. I am super frustrated rn, CAT 2020 ki VARC zyada doable thi. Dictionary leke baithu kya?

Is it even worthwhile taking CAT again if I'm already 26 years old with 28 months of work ex currently.
Always wanted a IIT tag but fell in that bullshit love trap at the wrong time. Did engineering from a tier 3 college, now working in a service based IT company , doing dumb work and getting a very mediocre salary. I have converted VGSoM but I thought I could have that coveted IIM tag, at least one achievement in my mediocre life , but looks like it's not going to happen.
What if I decide to go ahead and take CAT will I be too old for my batch at 27 next year. I desperately want to be in a new IIM at least.

Where the waitlist no. starts from, at the end of total buffer calls or at the end of no. of seats in a College ? If my waitlist no. is suppose 2000 and college has given 1500 buffer calls does it means my actual no. is 1500+2000 or if there are 200 seats in college then my no. is 200+2000 ?

Whoever has mailed TIME for refund on AIMCAT 2020, did you guys get an acknowledgement from their side confirming that they have received your details?
I've mailed them multiple times but they don't send any acknowledgement response.
What's the difference between basic and enhanced AIMCATs? And which one is preferred amongst the candidates? Also, are the explanations at the end of the tests sufficient or would one need to buy the explanation videos part as well?
This is for those who are going for CAT 2020 and need some help with VARC. I know a little bit about the section so I am thinking of holding a webinar/video conference to share what I know. This thing will be next week so I am announcing this way in advance. Should not be too long, and initial beta testing with a friend has revealed what I am sharing can help at least a few people.
