Converted IIM Sirmaur. BG WL -1627. I think @Rahul_kansal 's theory is right, that all CAP IIMs coordinated with each other to take students. Much like resource distribution. I don't think I am converting any New IIMs. Bleak Chances of Kashipur if WL goes above 2500 or something. But I don't think it's happening.
