The best FMS can do right now is conduct online interviews, even if that doesn't happen (due to whatsoever reason) the 30 marks previously alloted to Extempore GD and PI would be distributed to Acads, Workex, CAT already has a 60 % weightage 10 percentage each for 10th, 12th, Grad and Workex makes sense(60+10+10+10+10) But jo karega FMS karega, hum to sirf ummeed rakh sakte, aur kuch nahi, kyuki ummeed pe duniya kayam hai
