In both, the panelist were treating me properly and they asked questions related to Constitution in iim rohtak interview and a few questions related to profile in cap. No question about low marks in 10th and 12th and no question about 3 years gap. No cross questions and no grilling Would I be able to get final shortlist in any iim? And if so, is trichy, ranchi possible?
Does anybody have any update from IMT as to when results will be out? Please comment.

Heads up - This isn’t AIWTSAC, there is still time for that. This one is for everyone out there targetting CAT 2020 and honestly, I really hope that this acts as the motivation during this battle.
So over the past couple of months, I met a couple of people who, as some people might say, were from mediocre colleges. Apart from questions on how I prepared for CAT, one question that really bogged me was - “Are you from IIT/NIT/DTU/NSIT?” At first, I didn’t think too much about it but now I have realised that there is a misconception that people who crack CAT have always had a stellar academic record and the fact that these people aced an exam 3-4 years ago, puts them in the driver seat to bell the CAT as well.
Before anyone points that out, I know I am no CAT God, but I think given that I couldn’t crack JEE Mains almost 5 years ago and the fact that I graduated from a private college, I might just be the ideal candidate to write about this.
I want people who have a “mediocre” background to realise that just because some of you couldn’t crack JEE or Boards or any other competitive exam back then, doesn’t mean that you can’t crack CAT. What happened back then - It’s over. Done and dusted. If being from a tier 1 college was the prerequisite for 99 percentile, IIMs wouldn’t be conducting CAT every year.
The reason why I said it is a battle, in the beginning, is that the preparation part of the CAT is not always going to be ideal. You will have bad days. On some days you will have the most perfect mock and on others, your nightmare will come to life. But that is part of the process. No one had 40-50 ideal mocks in an entire season.
If a guy like me, who doesn’t have a stellar academic record and is from a tier 3 college can get a 99, each and every one of you reading this can get a 99 percentile then. You might have to work a tad bit more but it is possible. That’s the most important thing that I can tell you. Don't go into the fight thinking that odds are not in your favour or that you couldn't prove yourself 3 or 4 years ago. That's all in the past. It's done and dusted. Focus on what's coming and don't you dare go into this half-heartedly or thinking that it's not possible for you.

Just Curious.What will happen if the coronavirus goes beyond control and our interviews get cancelled. How will the bschools which haven't been able to start the interviews yet decide upon the final shortlist?
Thinking of location, I wonder why companies would choose to travel to locations such as Sambalpur, Bodh Gaya, Roorkee when you have great regional colleges in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi and all metros.

I am a fresher and gave my XLRI HR interview and went nice. Also converted SIBM Pune.
In my limited understanding, I am inclined towards marketing but at the same time not a dislike for HRM.
In case if I convert XL HR what should be the step taken considering brand value of XLRI.
I know it is a subjective decision but kindly help if you have an opinion.
