Can someone tell me what is being tested in MDI G interview if almost all the questions were nothing what I wrote in the form? They just asked me one question about my hobby , one abt why MBA/why MDI-G(cut me before i could answer this). Rest I was asked about pilosophical thoughts i like/follow(i dont but told one by Carl Rogers), lot about Marxism,Carl Marx, books of Hitler,Gandhi ( i dont know as Im not an avid reader),birthplace of marx, his ideologies,Communism,Socilaism, Equity and Equality. I was not able to asnwer some of these questions and others were not in detail. Then I was asked abt recent entrerpreneurs( told 2) , abt ambedkar( from NIT-Jalandhar) which I asnwered well, and about Thrivalluvar and thirukkural ( phrase and meaning and how they are relevant)- ,managed to asnwer these except for birth year of thiruvalluvar.
In my opinion I dont feel confident about the interview. What do you think about this ad chances of conversion given average wat and good gd.

all those who have IIM B (PGP/BA) calls pls tell me what is this reference letter which my referee will be getting , what kind of details they r supposed to fill in that letter and the most important question do they have to provide any proof of their designation coz at that time when they used to teach me both of them were adhoc professors and now none of them teaches in that college , they r still part of DELHI UNIVERSITY but not of the college soooooo do they have to provide some proof that they have taught me.
