People,probably GEMS, panicking on IIM Shillong call..calm down!IIM S gives calls purely on CAT score(Mentioned in their selection criteria).If a 99.1-2 percentile got it,you would too. P.S. IIM Shillong kyu jaana hai?
GEM CAT/10th/12th/Engg- 98.35/92/86/9 Got Shillong call which I was never expecting. I think they are rolling out it in batches so have some patience all GEMs you will get call for sure.
I somehow missed out on selecting IIM Shillong in the CAT form yet refreshed mail twice 😂

Shouldn't be IIMs or other institute consider the board percentile (10th, 12th) of respective year in which candidate has passed rather than considering present year. In 2012 when I appeared for class 12th board, 80th percentile was around 78% which is now has been shoot upto 85%. Every year trend is changing. I think institute should look into this perspective also. What's ur say?
