In IIMB reference form For organization and designation I believe We have to give their current organization and designation ? Let's say X worked along with me in company Y and moved to Z Should I put organization as Y or Z

Do any of the IIMs actually contact the references we fill on the forms .I don't have colleagues whom I can trust so... any advice would be great.TIA

How is the idea of joining IAF as an officer(ground duty)under SSC and serving there for 10 years and then going for HBS, Wharton, Kellogg....IIM-A.. NOTE-I've cleared NDA as well as SSB but was declared medically unfit..eye issue... I've got that treated as per the rules of military..so medical won't be an issue this time... I've already filled AFCAT form and will be appearing for it.

Okay, this might be a stupid question but here we go. McKinsey is coming to my campus next week to hire for business presentation specialist role. In case, I do get selected (touchwood) and I happen to get into one of the bschools I want this year then I won't be joining so will they blacklist me? Should I even mention anything about doing an MBA at the interview? Really confused. People with any idea of this, please help

If one was a gold/silver medalist during school and college then what do we need to provide as proofs for these academic achievements? Like do we have to get a written statement for the same from school/college principal/HOD? Cause they didn't provide any certificate as such for it but a trophy and medal...?!🤔
